1. Products Covered by Warranty Terms
1.1 Biwin Solid State Drives (SSDs)
Biwin SSD products come with a 3-year or 5-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. The warranty period or TBW (Terabytes Written) shall apply, whichever comes first. Please refer to the following Biwin SSD Warranty Table for product-specific warranty information.
2. Warranty Services
2.1
Subject to the following terms and conditions, Biwin will provide customers with free replacement or repair services:During the applicable warranty period, replacement or repair services (hereinafter referred to as "Warranty Services") will be offered for defective products. The warranty period commences on the original purchase date. To claim Warranty Services, any proof of the original purchase date must be provided. If no valid proof of purchase is available, Biwin will determine the start date of the warranty period based on the product serial number.

For assistance, please contact the local distributor where you purchased the product or submit a warranty service request on this website. We will provide you with the corresponding Warranty Services.
2.3
Please note:(1) After inspecting the defective product, Biwin will, at its sole discretion, choose to repair or replace the product. It may opt to provide a replacement product from inventory instead of repairing the defective one. Upon replacement, Biwin reserves the right to dispose of the defective product returned by the customer for after-sales service. Therefore, the product returned after service may not be the original defective product, and Biwin will not return the defective product to you.(2) If the product has been discontinued or factory repair services are no longer available, Biwin will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product of equivalent value or grade.
3. Warranty Limitations
3.1
This Warranty Service does not apply to product defects or damage caused by human error or any other unconventional factors, including but not limited to:(1) Malfunctions or damage resulting from force majeure events (such as natural disasters) or intentional human damage.(2) Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or disassembly of the product by unauthorized technicians.(3) Damaged, tampered with, or lost Biwin warranty labels.(4) Product serial numbers that do not match Biwin's records or are illegible.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
4.1
This Warranty Service does not cover the recovery or backup of any digital data stored in the product. Biwin does not guarantee the integrity of digital data stored in the product (both during and after the warranty period) and shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of such digital data after repair. Additionally, Biwin shall not be liable for any product damage or digital data loss during product delivery. Therefore, if the product has storage functionality, we recommend that you back up the digital data and delete it from the product before sending it for service.
4.2
To the extent permitted by applicable laws or regulations, Biwin shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, foreseeable loss of profit arising from or related to the product under any circumstances.
4.3
Biwin's consumer-grade and industrial-grade products are not designed for applications requiring ultra-high-precision technology or absolute safety. They are not recommended for use in life support machines or other emergency equipment where product defects or malfunctions could result in personal injury, including but not limited to medical or healthcare-related equipment, military or defense-related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, combustion control systems, nuclear energy systems, etc. Biwin shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage arising from such uses.
5. No Other Warranties
Biwin makes no other warranties, either express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If any law or regulation in a specific country/region prohibits the exclusion of implied warranties (i.e., merchantability and fitness for purpose), the implied warranty terms for Biwin products shall comply with such laws/regulations or the warranty terms under this agreement, whichever has the shorter applicable period.
